Worst experience ever, those salesman/woman are rude and impatient. They gave me the worst service ever. Not friendly. Horrible human beings. They can't even pay attention to detail coz their in a hurry for nothing. Next thing they give u a wrong item even though you showed them a picture, nd they act like it's ur fault. The next thing wen u ask for a refund they want to charge u for their Horrible services. Those ****** f@#$ are crazy🤞

A radiator was purchased from Bumper to Bumper on 13/01/2026. It was later discovered that the item purchased was the incorrect model. A clear photo of the receipt was taken, showing all relevant transaction details. On 14/01/2026, the original till slip could not be located; however, the photo of the receipt was presented as proof of purchase and an exchange for the correct model was requested. Bumper to Bumper refused to assist, stating that company policy requires the original receipt and that no exchange is permitted without it. This is ******** and goes against the CPA. Too many customers have been complaining about them, something needs to be done. The Consumer Protection Act, Consumer Good and Service Ombud and National Consumer Commission needs to intervene!

I ordered car parts from Bumper to Bumper website whatsapp contact. They sent an invoice and I paid. I then went to collect on the following day only to be told that I have been ****med as their website has been cloned. The guy just said that and told me to go to the police station and turned his back on me murmuring that I am not the first one. I felt defeated and believe that they should take some responsibility. We are not stats, but customers who should be treated with respect. I wonder how many more people fell into the same trap while their business runs as normal

I phoned in to find out if they have a certain part I am looking for and the guy on the phone was so rude. I forgot the name of the part that I need for my Peugeot and he just told me that he doesn't have it. How do you help if you are not willing to find out what I need?? I was just defeated and didn't even bother getting the name of the part as first impressions count for me! Good luck with your rudeness you won't go far. After all the bad reviews I've seen I'm glad I didn't have to even start doing business with them.

Never had such a horrible service before in my life First of all the staff is *********** and very rude ,I went ask for CV joints for my car they gave me wrong one ,after 2 weeks when I want to fit 😑 they were wrong was not around because of work thats why I couldn't fo it earlier,the worst part they charge 10% for not returning goods in time yet their staff members are ***********,because they're the ones gave me wrong parts from the beginning ,where is the fairness in this does Ombassment Law allow this kind of service??

I purchased items of total R5143 one of the item is wrong I returned it for the right item but only to charge me 10% and the item I returned was never opened or used still in original packaging even though its within 24hrs they insisted taking 10% from my money and it's not the first time they did that and numerous complaints from other customers. The manager said immediately customers left their premises they'll charge 10% and bragging about it. And they don't supply parts with Vin number to make sure it's the right parts. People should be careful of bumper to bumper they're taking customers for granted even the manager said he doesn't care about consumer protection acts.

Since Thursday I returned parts I am still waiting for my refund, when I call I was told the lady that works with them might process them today... It's been long I need car part for my car, the sold me wrong lights and did not have the one I want, I have placed an oder thought my money will be in by today but nothing.
