Worst customer service ever!!! They put you on hold for more than 10minutes, and some of the sales people are extremely rude, they talk to you like they don't want to help you! Please don't advertise if you can deliver customer service or close your doors!
MTN Elridge is the absolute worst store I have dealt with, no customer service what so ever, they never answer the phone when you phone, if you consult with a sales representative on WhatsApp you get told they are busy they will get back to you after 20 minutes which I'm still waiting, I want to enquire about a laptop deal and not getting through to that store, MTN please sort out your staff members at MTN Elridge shopping centre!
I phoned mweb on the 24/11/2021 to change over to a fibre line because our normal ADSL line has being down for a long time, the sales person from mweb assisted me with a fibre order that was submitted to the Fibre provider who is Vumatel, till now we still haven't had any feedback from mweb or Vumatel, our rooter hasn't even being delivered yet, I've never in my life received such bad service, if I long onto my mweb account it keeps saying order has being escalated to the infrastructure provider, I advise mweb and Vumatel to advise on feedback as soon as possible otherwise I'm going to cancel this order and go somewhere else Order number: X6890887
Very very terrible service from Telkom SA, my business telephone line has being off since last week, and I've reported it numerous times, they keep giving me reference numbers but they don't bother to send out a technician to sort it out, it's a business line and it can't afford to be off, Telkom is absolutely useless, please people don't use telkom
Direct Axis deducted two amounts from my account on the 31st March 2021, I phoned them on that exact day to log a refund because I came short with money in my account because of them deducting twice, an amount of R1204 must be refunded to me, they first time I phoned to log a refund the lady that assisted me told me it will take 3-5 working days for the money to be refunded to me. After that time period the amount was still not back in my account, I phoned the second time and then they told it will take 10 working days, on Friday it was already the 11th working day and the amount is still not back in my account, I phoned them again just to be told there was a delay in the process and only logged the refund on the 13th April, I asked for them to get the manager to phone me about this because this is unacceptable, till now still no answer about my refund, this is totally unacceptable, they quick to deduct money but when they need to refund its a million excuses. Very unhappy
Absolutely pathetic, I've been phoning 135 to stop my one cellphone contract to switch it to prepaid because it's finished today but I Can't get through to them, they cut the lines down, saying they experiencing high call volumes since this morning at 9, absolutely pathetic service because they work from home, they been spiteful by not helping a person
