A radiator was purchased from Bumper to Bumper on 13/01/2026. It was later discovered that the item purchased was the incorrect model. A clear photo of the receipt was taken, showing all relevant transaction details. On 14/01/2026, the original till slip could not be located; however, the photo of the receipt was presented as proof of purchase and an exchange for the correct model was requested. Bumper to Bumper refused to assist, stating that company policy requires the original receipt and that no exchange is permitted without it. This is ******** and goes against the CPA. Too many customers have been complaining about them, something needs to be done. The Consumer Protection Act, Consumer Good and Service Ombud and National Consumer Commission needs to intervene!
I got an email that i qualify for a 3 months free (R0.00) Uber One membership. However when it asked for my banking details, i entered the details but i was charged R7.70. Please advise why i got charged this amount if it's a free subscription for 3 months? I need my refund!
It's almost 2 days waiting for Discovery Bank to contact me for a quotation, how hard can it to pick up the call and a call a customer? I had to log a request for a financial advisor to contact me and 2 days later i'm still waiting even after i called today to follow up; still no call.
Discovery Bank is good but it needs some improvements. I left my phone at home and couldn't login to my online banking because Discovery Bank sends a two factor verification to your linked device in order to grant access. I had a very important payment to make and i couldn't login. Surely Discovery can come up with a better way to let people to log into their accounts using another form of verification even if you don't have your phone with you. So for new users, if you lose your phone you must forget about getting access to your account to make payments/transfers etc.
I've been using MiWay for almost 10 years, i ensured 2 cars with them during this period. Everything was good since then until now, i contributed a lot of money throughout my stay with them. However, when i wanted to insure another car. The premium was a rip off. The access was too much as well and my contribution doesn't matter, they just want money! So disappointed.
My contract expired in February and i cancelled all services and not on contract anymore, however Telkom is still debiting my account and sending me invoices. The airtime i use and the data, i just buy using my credit card. WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED????????
I’ve been using MiWay for almost 9 years and I’ve been very happy with their service, I even referred my friends and family to join MiWay. But recently I’ve been more frustrated with how MiWay operates, I thought it was just a mistake and it’ll pass but they keep doing it repeatedly. I’m so disappointed with MiWay and I’m even considering switching to another Insurance.
Im trying to make a payment from Discovery Bank and I got a message that says “Discovery Bank: The EFT from account ***9565 to account ***7125 appears to be suspicious and has not been processed. For more info, call 0860112265” I called the number 6 times and the agents keep hanging up the call. I need to make this payment today and there’s no help anywhere.
I just bought a Fully Loaded Box Meal with a buddy Coke at KFC Mall of Thembisa. The 1 piece of chicken smelled like it’s rotten and also the chicken fillet used in the burger tasted like it’s off or also rotten. The buddy Coke given to me was not even cold. I just wasted my money on this.
