Horrible Customer Experience
I ordered car parts from Bumper to Bumper website whatsapp contact. They sent an invoice and I paid. I then went to collect on the following day only to be told that I have been ****med as their website has been cloned. The guy just said that and told me to go to the police station and turned his back on me murmuring that I am not the first one. I felt defeated and believe that they should take some responsibility. We are not stats, but customers who should be treated with respect. I wonder how many more people fell into the same trap while their business runs as normal

Bad customer service from Makro online
I ordered a barcode printer and labels 3 months ago. My order was split into 2, the barcode printer was out of stock and they wanted to send me the labels only of which I refused. They refunded me for the barcode machine and tried to deliver labels and I refused to accept them. They were sent back to the manufacturer who called me to confirm that I didn't want to accept the labels only. Makro promised to refund me money for the labels. On 2 occasions they claimed to have refunded me apologized and promised to refund. I have sent over 4 emails getting a different person who tried to resolve the issue. It is 3 months later, I'm still waiting for my refund

Customer service
KPA Student Accommodation has become too big and uncaring. In 2022, they charge students extra electricity in this loadshedding season over and above what they pay monthly. They have also become too slow to respond to maintenance requests. It will be interesting to find out from the other parents about their experiences. Its my son's 3rd year, we did not have too many issues in the previous 2 years, I would have rated them a 7 if you asked me the previous year. This is beside nhe current personal issue I have with them. Kind Regards

Despicable Customer Service
KPA Student Accommodate are the most arrogant business I have come across. I am unemployed and my son is at UFS staying at KPA Student Accommodation. I borrowed money to pay them from January to June while waiting for NFSAS to pay. NFSAS has now paid KPA, and continues to pay them monthly however they are withholding my money and cited that they will reimburse me once they receive payment from NFSAS, they are now quite and I sent 'proof of payment from NFSAS
