This is the third time that I am writing a review about the same problem with Payfast. They keep on verifying some account number that I have no idea where they got from but they do not answer my emails regarding the account number that I need to be verified. I still cannot withdraw my funds from the account and I have requested them to pay the funds and forget about any further transactions with them, and this being after three months of struggling with them. There aren't words to describe the frustration that I have with them and the incompetence to resolve anything from their side. I just can't get through to them it seems or they are just completely incapable of helping with this matter I wish I knew who I could contact to resolve this matter because, with all the correspondence to date, I have achieved absolutely nothing
Once again PayFast gets back to me to confirm that my account has been verified. Not sure how many times they have verified my account and yet my account still shows pending verification and I STILL cannot withdraw my funds. I am sure they must be fooling with me because it just cannot be that they are ACTUALLY serious about removing the "pending verification" on my account. What use are all the emails to let me know that my account has been verified when it has not actually been verified on my account?
Its been two months now and I still cannot get my account verified. I received notification that my account has been verified but still my account shows pending verification. I cannot withdraw my funds as a result. I have written numerous emails and now they are beginning the process again from scratch requesting the same info as in the very beginning. I dont thing the staff know what they are doing or there is absolutely no communication across departments. Its been a nightmare and I still cant get my money from them as they are holding my account ransom

Seemed to be a great secret that Iafrica was having problems in February this year and was losing Deptford of Justice tender. Typists were given guarantee letter to continue typing until 15 March 2016 and would be paid. Hertzog Nel, director of Iafrica kept on making promises and extending date of payment. Large amount of typists across the country have still not been paid. We heard that Hertzog started a new transcription company called Gauteng Transcribers. Why the name change then if still in the same business. Most of the typist are single and elderly ladies who are totally dependant on their salaries. It has left many of us in dire straits. We have turned to many government departments for help but no one has taken any notice. No justice for the poor in this country who can't afford a lawyer. These people get away with their injustices. Feel free to comment if u have suffered the same injustice
