<p>I am writing this in a response to an email and attaching this link to the email after receiving yet another bill.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sent to:</p> <p>Pathcare ********** Charnay Noble ********** ********** ********** <p> </p> <p>Hi.</p> <p>I don't know how much clearer I can make this. I am not paying for something I did not receive the results of.</p> <p>In your letter you state</p> <p>"Your account for Pathology services is long overdue. Pathcare have notified you in writing repeatedly but haven’t received your response. Please do not ignore the important points set out in this letter."</p> <p>The operative word here being 'repeatedly' I have notified the 4 people I spoke with from your call center, including Charnay Noble, the emails I have sent. That it's very simple. I am NOT paying for something that I did NOT RECEIVE the results of. Would you? Would you go to Shoprite and pay for a bread and never get the bread? GIVE ME THE BREAD AND YOU GET PAID.</p> <p>Send me the lab results, and you get paid. That easy. Come on already. How hard can this be. Instead you send me bill after bill showing that the lab results were done, but never the results. I don't want the invoice, I want the results so I can settle the invoice, and don't tell me you don't have access. Then get someone that has access and send it to me. I am not going to pathcare to go fetch my results. You can email accounts really easily, but you can't send results via email. SHOW ME WHAT I AM PAYING FOR? Give me the product. Okay? Cause I am seriously starting to doubt you ever did the tests and just start sending out bills randomly. </p> <p> </p>
