ROTTEN MEAT AND PICK AND PAY
I bought meat at pick and pay Cavendish square and I was very disappointed the budgery inside of pick and pay cold chain was broken and the meat git spoiled, the manager promised me to send me a voucher on my smart shopper card and Its been a year and I am stil waiting. I am very disappointed they dont take pride in cleanness they have water running from the sealing dripping on the floors and a young boy slipped and fell , they have no customer service the managers are terrible!!

I booked a flight for my son to PE a return flight for his sports he needed to participate in for lifesaving but unfortunately one week before my son was supposed to depart he was admitted to hospital due to a very bad rugby injury and I was given a letter from the hospital that he cant play any sport for tge next three months. I took out insurance for the flight because of the dangerous sports he plays there is always a high risk . And if I book a flight on the last moment there might not be spaces for him left to get on a flight so I am forced to book on advance . However I canceled his flight a week before he was supposed to leave due to the injury and I paid R6500 for the flight from Capetown to PE the insurance company has only credited me back with a R650 . I feel disgusted of the customer services and how I was treated with flysafair and the insurance company, my medical bills was so high and I lost my flight money . I want my money back or I will take this to court.
