Disappointed customer My bmw was in on the 11th sep 2021 for to change the boot lock and a new key I did just sign for collection no invoice was given to me on thr 11th at 12 40pm to be exact 2 days after the work was done had to bring the key back to masterkey the big size white guy assisted complaint that the lock is too hard to turn Over a month later the boot key had broke I took back to masterkey in benoni town they refused to help me without an invoice despite showing them the proof of payment of 2600 on the 11th I gave Belinda the exact time they can put on the camera today I visited masterkey again Belinda advise as per my proof of payment there was no bmw done which is utter nonsense so means then who didn't record this in the book I was told masterkey doesmt keep preview records I'm extremely disappointed and I would suggest that nobody supports this business due to the inconvenience and unethical business conduct been shoft from pillar to post 5 th I had to take off from work and still they can't assist me..the person Donavan who helped me is not inn and finance last on leave
I am extremely disappointed with this car track services it's been less then a month ince I've got netstar to install my tracking unit I drive a BMW yesterday at around 11: 30pm my tracker lost signal I have been checking the app which it keeps showing my car is in another location which I still have the car in my possession have called netstar this morning for them to track the location the lady calls me back to say they cannot locate my vehicle I have put this track for peace of mind what happens for instance if my vehicle really gets stolen as i drive a high risk car what's the use for a tracking company that cannot locate my vehicle its terms of RELIABILITY netstar services had led me to a complete disappointment what peace of mind do I have as a customer????????I would like to cancel I'd rather move my business to another company that's more accurate and reliable I expect a cancellation with immediate effect My acc no is 11026439
<p>It has been months upon months all my friends be it gold card member or even silver gets free play every single month i that plays 100s been on gold i get nothing not even a 100 free play as a thank you thr drinks system sucks been months its always dont qualify at carnival city there rewards are much better to comp drinks per visit emperors is quit lousy for being such a large casino i am quit ****ed off only certain people get free play all the time when i play big and get nothing being on a gold card theres absoletely no bennefits for certain people its only the white and black people winning all the time,getting free hotel stay to vouchers to everything an out of courtesey i expect to compensated</p>
<p>It was on the 29th on may i had funds into my account about 3000 available which showed on the app available i withdraw R1500 and transfered 1500 to another account i still had funds into my fixed investment account which when i tried to transfer to my savings all the money got deducted ive put in 2 complaints and was promised to get a call back from the manager ref ********** 7 till date nothing or nobody contacted me,as per the agents capitec was offline at that moment and i owe capitec bank way over R1000 as account was overdrawn which is bull****,im disgusted with capitec services first time i hear if you dont have money u can still draw out money and make transfers this is the first time i hear it allows you to draw which obviously misleads client thinking they have funds into account when theres nothing total mislead of infomation of the banking app i do R1000 from my money has already been taken off coz of you banks inefficient infomation on the banking app this is not my fault as a client!!!!!!!!i have been to the eastgat3 branch where the consultant confirmed my balance is 0 so i made a transfer and they deducted again fron my account i expect my compenaion back forte money being deducted of R1000 i am personally gonna refer capitec to the banking ombudsman you the first bank i see that misleads customers and i refuse point blank to owe you people any miney furthrr i expect this to be resolved as soon as possible</p>
