Rental money not given to the owner of the house.
My name is Nokuthula Mashabane I have been given a reference of Allan Lewthwaite for rental . Mr Allen advertised the house and he managed to secure the Tenants. After securing the Tenants he took the deposit money, money for keys and money for first month rent from the Tenants. He didn't communicate anything to as the land lord . At the of December the Tenants paid him again money for rent and he disappeared with the money. I have made a contact with him, he's ignoring my phone calls , I have sent him messages he is not answering them. He took my close to R150000 for my house and disappeared with all of it . Allen calls himself a registered Estate agent and this is how he is treating his customers. I need help and I want him to give what it due to me . Allan rent out my house as an agent and enriched himself with my rental money.

Unpaid claim
Dear Hello Peter. My name is Nokuthula Mashabane I have been in an accident on the 17th of October 2022 with lady whom is King Price insurance client. The lady reported the accident to her Insurance they have issued me with Claim number CKP 2251903/2 and they requested me to submit the documents and I have submitted all the documents as requested. I have been informed by King Price that as the third party I'm their last priority and I'm the one who should make a follow up on my client and I did as instructed. Then I received a phone call from the legal representative called Dennis and he informed me that my claim it's been he will be in touch for more details on my claim, and he never came back to me after that. On the 24 October 2022I have I called he told he's waiting for authorization the 31 October for the same response , I just relaxed to say maybe they're still processing the claim I didn't hear anything from them until I made contact on the 16 and 28 November but nothing again happened. On the second of December I called and another lady informed me that Dennis is not around and he's still busy with the claim. The 6th I made a contact to Dennis then he informed me that the person who is suppose to authorize my claim he on leave so there's no one to assist with the claim. I have contacted the Lady whom is their client to update her of the experience I am receiving from her insurance, she then made a follow up on them. She made a contact with them on the 8th she got hold of Dennis and he told her that the claim it's been processed I'll receive a reference code the latest on the 9 or 11 and nothing happened. Then later she called to say that King Price made a claim on an Incorrect policy but that it's been sorted then I'll receive a feedback from them on the 12th. I have waited ever since and King never made any contact, I'm still stucked with my damaged car and unable to drive because the damage continues as I'm driving the car. The kind of treatment I'm receiving from them its awful and feel they not trustworthy because even today they still quiet knowing exactly that there's outstanding claim the they didn't fulfill. I'm so much disappointed and I have ran out of options of persuading them to fix my car. I have made contact off my expenses and they seem to be ignoring my claim. The most saddening part is that they've convinced me to say that the claim has been approved and now the 30 days has fallen off I cannot even claim from my insurance.
