I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance. The service agent Shari Govender was very helpful, promptly attend to my query. Even though Im a Oneplan client for some time, I would never consider another Pet Insurance. Martie Steyn

Melvyn Petersen of Oneplan Pet Insurance is by far the best customer agent I have ever met. He deliver promptly and no need to follow up, as he is always one step ahead. Thank you Melvyn you are really a bright shining star.

You don't even deserve a star. This is a BIGGGGG scam actually theft more than scam as they literally steal people's money. Please be alert if you are asked for cash send or e wallet. Hope they will be caught for stealing peoples money. The address in Heidelberg is a half build townhouse complex.

Over promise but ZERO deliverance
<p>I’m currently renting a property with Dunamis Property since May 2015. Customer feedback and prompt follow up is clearly not on their priority list, the contract administrator is refering all complains and queries to the principal with a promise he will revert back. Various emails were sent to both the contract administrator and principal with telephonic follow ups over a period of 13 months. Promises that they will revert back NEVER happens and its 13 months of empty promises</p> <p>Dunamis Properties is subtracting a monthly management fee of 8% from my rental amount , but up to date no reconciliation statements of any kind (municipality accounts, rent paid, deposit interest accrual (not even in which financial institution it was deposit into according to law) can be submitted to me, but my biggest concern currently is that the landlord gave them notice to cancel his management contract with them due to very poor service and in adequate/no feedback (same as my complaint) (I have a text message as proof of it). It also became evident that my June 2016 rent was not paid over to the Landlord and he is threatening with an eviction order against me although I’ve forwarded him my proof of payment into Dunamis Properties Nedbank account.</p> <p>A new lease agreement will be sign with the Landlord directly as from 1 July 2016, Dunamis Properties are not responding on my communication with regards to when, where and what the stand and refund is with my 2 months deposit money and the interest and by when can I expect the payment of my deposit monies.</p> <p>I’m lodging a complaint with the EAAB now as it’s evident that Dunamis Properties over commit but don’t deliver.</p> <p> </p>
