Unhappy with estate agent at Dunamis Properties
Unhappy with estate agent I got an agent from Dunamis properties in pretoria by the name of Ronald his cell no 'xx0784904297 the level of service experience I got from him is soo frustrating and traumatizing after the registration was made and all payments made he is still calling me to go n fix the house as the new owner is Complaining he is calling me day n night ,, of which iam sooo frustrated ad I don't have peace anymore and now he is rude towards me ..my question is how did he did the pt5 of taking over aa he was suppose to make sure everything is in order before he hand over the house ,, and when I left the house everything is working and the way he did some of the things I was not happy as he was pushing everything sooo fast without even proper explanations the house was registered on the 16th of September 2025 on the 20th of Sept the new owner went in since then I don't have peace can somebody from Dunamis please intervene this is sooo traumatising

Windmill Viewing
I had the worst service from their Agent by the name of THABANG KOLA Thabang who was very unprofessional and rude to me, we had arrange for a viewing on Saturday the 27th of January and we agreed on the meet up time and when I was leaving my place I sent him a text that I was on my way and he did not even show up to the viewing or update the seller about our agreement of viewing time, got there owner was not in the house and it was locked and could not view, when i called him he was not answering and he was ignoring my WhatsApp messages as well, after i drove all the way from JHB South to Windmill Park just to stand outside the house and not even view, I'm really angry at how he treated me, and he didn’t have any decency to even apologize for all these events but instead he decided not to answer my calls and messages, if this is the treatment he gives to potential clients than it’s such a shame

Friendly, Professional Service, and Good Advice
We had originally purchased our holiday home through Anet Vink of Dunamis Properties so when we decided to sell, it was logical to contact them again. Anet and Linda Smit sold our house in only two weeks. Anet and Linda gave us friendly, professional service, and good advice. The negotiations and paperwork were handled swiftly and efficiently. The legal side was handled by Amanda Seemund at STBB who was also excellent. We would highly recommend Dunamis Properties and STBB to anyone that wants to sell their property.

My experience with Dunamis properties was excellent so far, I am a first time home buyer and Eugene Smit made the experience great and kept me updated about everything and helped alot in the process and was always available when I had questions or didn't understand something. As a bond originator, working with the staff and management at Dunamis properties is such a pleasure. They go out of their way to make sure the process is seamless and the client satisfied !

Refuses to pay rental deposit back
I rented a house through them and they stopped rental and I had to deal direct with owner and when they had to pay the deposit back they paid into someone's account and wanted to blame me for it. I have called the Director Mr Ruaan and Trix but to this day they ignore me and my calls and messages. They don't want to pay me the deposit.

Rental deposit refund
I would be writting a different story if it wasn't for Hesmarie Swart who saved the day at Dunamis Properties. I was in lease agreement with them for about 2 years and then vacated at the end of that 2 years period of which I had been paying rent and other incurred expenses as expected. At the end of our lease period I did notify them prior that I am serving my notice and will be leaving on a certain date. Since I left the premises I've been struggling to get my deposit back. My agent Phumzile Skhosana and the administrator Trix De Vries were not very helpful, all I've been getting from them were excuses all the time. I cannot speak for them and say they did their part in an attempt to assist me because I don't know that unless proven. I spoke to them telephonically and emailed them but it seems they did not care, my concerns did not mean anything to them. I was running out of options because the one person I really trusted would help me failed me dismally so I could not expect anything more from anyone. I tried Phumzile, Trix and Ruan Minnar whom I could not get hold of through calls nor emails and he did not bother returning the call. I started calling one of the agents, Thabo Mogapi who at least guided me on who to contact and I eventually got to my breakthrough at the end of the day. I strated writting to Hesmarie on the 30th Nov 2017, telling her all my frustrations and my struggles throughout the whole process. I have been waiting for refund since 1st Sep 2017 and I only got it today on the 5th Dec 2017 and all credit is due to Hesmarie Swart. If it wasn't for her I would still be waiting until forever. She assured me that give me until Monday, I am sorting it out and indeed I received payment notification yesterday and payment reflected this morning. I would like to express my gratitude to this prestigious woman who keeps her word and goes an extra mile for customers. She made it her mission to see this through within a short period of time. I hope she is recognized for her great work and she continues to help others. I wouldn't say I will recommend Dunamis Properties to the world out there, I will be lying because I will tell them my experience of which I don't think it will look good however, I trust you and only you so I will surely come to you when I'm ready to buy property. Well done Hesmarie Swart and thanks a million!!!
