Kudos to Ruan Prinsloo from Vox, he’s a great asset to the company. We need more people like him who are very patient and passionate about their work.
I would be writting a different story if it wasn't for Hesmarie Swart who saved the day at Dunamis Properties. I was in lease agreement with them for about 2 years and then vacated at the end of that 2 years period of which I had been paying rent and other incurred expenses as expected. At the end of our lease period I did notify them prior that I am serving my notice and will be leaving on a certain date. Since I left the premises I've been struggling to get my deposit back. My agent Phumzile Skhosana and the administrator Trix De Vries were not very helpful, all I've been getting from them were excuses all the time. I cannot speak for them and say they did their part in an attempt to assist me because I don't know that unless proven. I spoke to them telephonically and emailed them but it seems they did not care, my concerns did not mean anything to them. I was running out of options because the one person I really trusted would help me failed me dismally so I could not expect anything more from anyone. I tried Phumzile, Trix and Ruan Minnar whom I could not get hold of through calls nor emails and he did not bother returning the call. I started calling one of the agents, Thabo Mogapi who at least guided me on who to contact and I eventually got to my breakthrough at the end of the day. I strated writting to Hesmarie on the 30th Nov 2017, telling her all my frustrations and my struggles throughout the whole process. I have been waiting for refund since 1st Sep 2017 and I only got it today on the 5th Dec 2017 and all credit is due to Hesmarie Swart. If it wasn't for her I would still be waiting until forever. She assured me that give me until Monday, I am sorting it out and indeed I received payment notification yesterday and payment reflected this morning. I would like to express my gratitude to this prestigious woman who keeps her word and goes an extra mile for customers. She made it her mission to see this through within a short period of time. I hope she is recognized for her great work and she continues to help others. I wouldn't say I will recommend Dunamis Properties to the world out there, I will be lying because I will tell them my experience of which I don't think it will look good however, I trust you and only you so I will surely come to you when I'm ready to buy property. Well done Hesmarie Swart and thanks a million!!!
I would like to say a million thanks to Motor Accident Group, particularly to Mario and Kallaine who made sure that I get my car on time. I recently got into an accident and I had to take my car there for panel beating which they promised me that I would have it between 15-20 working days. Being involved in an accident is quite frustrating, the whole logistics around that is quite draining. I have been getting notifications from MAG every step of the way, I m not sure who was sending the updates but whoever you are, thank you so much those were very helpful. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mario has also been updating me since day 1, sending me pictures of the car as and when I requested. MAG should have many more employees like you, you are indeed what they call a great asset to the company. I really felt like I was the only customer MAG had at that point in time, I hope the company recognizes you for your great work. Well done. I would also extend my gratitude to Kallaine who pushed for my car to be released ASAP, I phoned Kallaine telling her my frustrations because my courtesy car was due and my car wasn't ready yet. She understood my frustrations and pushed for me to get my car on time. I would also like to appreciate the guy who came to pick me up at Europcar in Germiston by the name of Chris. I was way late because I got lost on my way there but he waited for me still and he did not even complain. When I got there he was very calm, friendly and understood my reasons for being late. I ended up getting my car on the 14th day instead of 20 working days they initially estimated which really worked out great for me. My car is now fixed and as good as new and I am a happy client who would like to recommend this Company to the world out there. Well done MAG and all the best!!! Tsholofelo
