On the 23rd of June i made a mistake sending myself money and I immediately realised that 1 number was incorrect, I called 0800555111 to ask them to stop/cancel transaction and while on the phone it was confirmed that the money was not withdrawn or voucher redeemed but yesterday the 18th July 2022 when I called they told me money was taken before I called them. Nedbank money app is a disgrace to 4th industrial revolution, it gives us no control of our money in their care and also their head office had to escalate request while money was taken because of no control. I think my money will be better off somewhere else
I went to the Brits mall branch to make a deposit only to find the atm not working and i asked 1 of the employees if we can deposit inside and she said yes. Now i go to the temperature scanner and took a ticket for deposit because she was helping a client and she told me to go out and snatched the ticket telling me to wait until she is done and by that time there is not even 1 client by the deposit counter. What a way to make banking simpler for clients, really disappointed
I took out a data contract for R299 with MTN at wonderboom Junction on the 12th February 2020 and from March 2020 I started seeing upnormal billing loaded to my bank account and visited the mtn shop were I was given complicated explanations. 1. Their calculations on pro rata are not making sense. 2. Their pro rata costs more than monthly subscription 3. I have send numerous emails to mtn customer care and my issues are not resolved till today. 4. I was paying R299 every month and they decided to block the sim card because I didn't allow R809 debit order because it was not right. 5. Not even 6months with MTN and my query not resolved, I wasn't given a cancellation fee amount to pay NOW THEY HAVE BLACKLISTED Me!!! People must stay away from MTN SOUTH AFRICA IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY, THEY *****ED MY CREDIT RECORD WHICH IS NOW AFFECTING MY INCOME BECAUSE MY JOB REQUIRES ME TO HAVE A VEHICLE WHICH I CAN'T BUY BECAUSE OF MTN SA.
I opened a new contract on the 12th February 2020 for R299 p/m with The bani Buthelezi @ Wonderboom Junction and I regret joining the MTN family because they making sure I feel the pain of paying them monthly. End of March they billed me R803 which is pro rata for February and normal R299 for March which made no sense and ever since I am fighting them regarding it and making monthly payments and still my internet gets suspended and for me to cancel the contract I will be forced to pay cancellation fees yet I'm still suffering and paying them to make me suffer!!!! mtn sucks and I hope people stay away from it. I am going to leave it period!!!!!
Terrible service and pure arrogance from a young man working there when I got there and doors were still wide open and he was going on and on about how he's not paid overtime and I'm wasting his time
I rented a house through them and they stopped rental and I had to deal direct with owner and when they had to pay the deposit back they paid into someone's account and wanted to blame me for it. I have called the Director Mr Ruaan and Trix but to this day they ignore me and my calls and messages. They don't want to pay me the deposit.
<p>I insured my car with Absa indirect insunce from June 2016 and paid my premiums on time without a hassle and unfortunately had an accident on the 15 October 2016 whereby a car drove on the oncoming traffic and bumped my car totally writing it off and I called my insurance which did all necessary procedures until my claim was finalized and they rejected it simply because of my previous insurance MiWay which I had a different car insured with them. How can I be insured for 5months and they didn't feel that I'm risk for them to insure me but now that they have to pay they come with excuses not to pay. Please assist me I need Absa to pay me for my car </p>

They made me write a statement and said the head office will contact me but never did so instead they started taking money from my account and I didn't even get the invoice after returning vehicle regarding my deposit even for the car I rented for my mother .</p>
