amazing service
I went to Foto First at the beginning of the month at Clearwater to have some photos printed from a very old camera and what amazing assistance I got from the assistant .Soryy I did not get his name but I will definitely recommend them to anyone ,thank you for a beautiful experience.

Foto First Photobook
Was excited to receive a photobook from Foto First that was paid and submitted in September 2024. Instead of the photobook I received an email from head office that they did not receive the upload on that day. More than two weeks were spent designing and uploading photos, my payment was processed on the day the photobook was submitted. Their excuse - they changed their system on that day. All the hours spent for nothing as the photobook is not under my projects any longer, and it cannot be retrieved from their side. The after service was also poor as no-one will take responsibility for this error from their side. Don't use their website to create a photobook. You are just going to waste your valuable time and money. Foto First Photobooks, what a waste of time!!

Staff unwilling to help due to printer being already turned off, 15mins before the store closed.
Very disappointed by the lack of assistance at Foto First in Rivonia Village. I came in 15mins before the shop closed and they told me they can’t print my image because the printer was already turned off. Apparently it takes too long to start up and they weren’t willing to help despite pleading with them. I ended up getting the picture printed at PNA in the same centre and PNA doesn’t even offer that service, the staff simply made a plan, of which I was grateful for.

Rude and Ungovernable Sales Assistant
Good day, i received the most appalling, poor and dehumanising services at Foto First Clearwater Mall. A sales assistant by the name of Mr Tyrone. We were the last clients in the store. Firstly he asked my wife and i to stand outside and he will deliver the photos/frames coz they are closed. That time it was approximately 16:50. Which is a wrong act of customer service. Secondly he started mopping and said loudly he doesnt have time for “****” in our faces. Thirdly he said “**** You” to a client after his manager and colleague were calming him down. Lastly he was extremely rude and ungovernable in the store after engaging with me as a client.
