While it can sometimes be more convenient, the mark up on items is absolutely ridiculous!! E.g. an item that is R65 in-store can be R120 on MrD
Over the years the quality of their service has gone down. I find that they are delivering more and more defective items/incorrect items which need to be returned or refunded. What was once a convenient way to shop has now become such a labourious task.
Excellent service from the staff at Foto First Mall of Africa. I've submitted a few job requests there and the staff and service have never let me down
I ordered a Yoco Go machine and received delivery of the machine the following day. The machine is easy to use and the app is also quite intuitive. As a first time vendor this was a great device to use.
THIS APP DOES NOT HELP YOU AT ALL IN THE CASE OF ***** -On 23/06 I received a notification for a transaction I did not recognize and immediately flagged it as ***** on the app + called the ***** helpline -The agents said they will cancel my card and issue a new one (for which I was charged a card replacement fee!) and would conduct investigations -The transaction reflected as "pending" on the app until 26/06 the transaction went through -The FNB team did not get back to me... What's the point of even flagging *****ulent activities on your account if nothing is done about it? Pathetic service

Blatant false advertising and really poor after-sales support. I purchased a unit at one of their properties (Walford Estate) in 2019 which had a running track advertised as one of of its attractions. Now nearing 2022, it is clear that there is no running track, and there never will be a running track. Owners have still not been compensated for this false advertising and the high levies paid make no sense due to the lack of amenities. The pool is never maintained and thus cannot be used, there is no running track, the boom gates are not operational 24/7, and the list goes on. Overall: poor service, false advertising and I would not recommend anyone invest in any Galencia property
Shocking service. Constant breach in SLA with the network always being down and no customer support. They hardly respond to any emails / tickets created and the service received from the phone lines is just as bad. I would not recommend.
Very good food and service. I was particularly impressed with their Gatsby. Would definitely recommend.
I used to pay around R 1000 a month for electricity, after the 15% tariff increase imposed I now found myself paying upwards of R 2200 a month. In addition, the average electricity consumption has jumped from 600-650 KWH per month to 850-900 KWH per month. This does not make sense as there has been no change in the usage of electrical appliances. I feel like I am being drastically overcharged and I am quite disappointed with Protea Metering as I have had no issues with them till now.
