Good day, i received the most appalling, poor and dehumanising services at Foto First Clearwater Mall. A sales assistant by the name of Mr Tyrone. We were the last clients in the store. Firstly he asked my wife and i to stand outside and he will deliver the photos/frames coz they are closed. That time it was approximately 16:50. Which is a wrong act of customer service. Secondly he started mopping and said loudly he doesnt have time for “****” in our faces. Thirdly he said “**** You” to a client after his manager and colleague were calming him down. Lastly he was extremely rude and ungovernable in the store after engaging with me as a client.
RAIN Internet service provider is inefficient and dishonest with clients. Constantly having network issues, no courtesy calls, no communication and still waiting to be credited for days without network. I am not happy and the service provider needs to improve on customer etiquette and offer the services that clients pay for on a monthly basis. Still waiting for a Technician to be deployed but no feedback. I need the services for work purposes instead i am incurring additional costs to have network daily.
