Sorry for rating you higher than I think, but you cannot rate a negative number. Still waiting for the system to be fixed 4 months later, this is affecting my electricity bill. If I were Wetility, I would be ashamed to use them as a service partner.
The installation went well. Their after sales service is shocking. You log a complaint, Waited a month, loged another complaint, They phoned me while drivivg, so I said please call back in half an hour, still waiting 3 weeks later. The last time I had an issue, I called their CEO before anything happened. I may have to resort to the same this time around.
I had the installation done about a year ago. Had to call the CEO to get things rolling eventually. After that they jumped through hoops to get things done. All went well until recently when my house insurance wanted a form filled out for my insurance. Do you think I can get hold of them? I have sent several emails in which I have sent the form to be filled in. I don't think they read emails. I eventually got a private electrician to see if he could check the installation and fill in the form. After checking he said that he cannot fill in the form as the installation is not compliant with COC rules. Today I attempted to call, but that was answered by an electronic service, then hung up after waiting for some time. I need to get this sorted out as I need a valid COC. Wetility needs an effective answering service to deal with faults and enquiries. The public should know that there does not seem to be any after sales services.
My new ID card was lost. When I went to them to open an account for my daughter, they would not accept my, Valid, green barcoded ID. They are insisting that I need the new one. As far as I know, this violates the law. I have opened an account for her with another bank, it would seem that they do not want the business.
Very inexperienced real estate agent, They are only interested in getting their commission, the sooner the better with blatant disregard to any agreement with clients. Also Unwilling to get things sorted out after they have clearly been proved to be in the wrong.
Will not Pay medical bills for an accident. They say, although treated in hospital, the person was not admitted. What do I pay Medical for? I paid in R44000 they paid out R2000 in a year?
They are quick to give a loan, but don't ever try claim from the insurance, they make every excuse not to repair your property. But are happy to take your Money.
<p>Building insurance is the worst ever, they take your money for years, then... when you attempt to make a legitimate claim it gets denied. When phoning them to question what's hapening, because they don't contact you. The staff member has no understanding of the issue, but declines it anyway. Probably under instructions to Decline all claims.</p>
