Insurance not taking responsibility
Hello Peter I took a personal loan with them June 2011, and I never missed any repayment till my company closed down in February 2015. Contact them(East Rand Mall) to inform them about my company closing down without compensation. The process the claim and came back that they will pay my monthly installment for 12 months and do a review after that and will let me know the outcome. 12 months later Nedbank contacted me informing that the insurance is no longer paying and I'm now liable for the balance of the loan. Even though I went back to Nedbank East Rand Mall, and they asked for the original documents I signed and it was scanned to them for review again and still they don't contact me and Nedbank I have to make arranged repayments though still waiting for the review. They coning people to take loans and their debt with be paid in full as it was explained to me initially.

<p>I was sold a camshaft that they don't have, this was on the 23/05/2016 and promised that they will source it and come back to me five weeks later I'm told that it's their policy for not refunding people even though they did not deliver the goods paid for.</p> <p>I wish I have never heard from them.</p>
