<p>We bought a 2014 Hilux S/C 4x4 code 3 cash. After 3 days of driving the car we noticed a few problems on it and informed the salesman after which he replied that they cannot assist, we then visited the dealership to talk to the salesman and manager and informed them again of the issues on the car and again new problems that have popped up and the manager, Hannes said he will get back to us. A full week later we again visited the dealership as no one spoke to us after the last visited and this time the manager was very arrogant saying we were happy with the car and bought it so it is our problem to fix all the relevant problems on the car. When we informed him of hos obligation as a dealer according to the consumer protection act he instantly apologised and said he will talk to the owner and revert back to us within a day, after a number of excuses and delays we are again one full week down the line with no response and now when we call the dealership they refuse to talk to us!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please also note that the owner Jaco has not once made the effort to contact us and both times we visited the dealership he literally ran away when we saw him and is all of a sudden unavailable.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are very unprofessional, no integrity, no service and very arrogant!!</p>
