What a horrible and terrible service and experience. Lerato and Daniele doesn't care about anyone. Don't even answer the phone, let you hang on the line 40 min each before I eventually put the phone down. Not calling back.
I have not received my money from you that was promised on the 7th. My tenants were all debited successfully, but I, as a landlord, have not received anything.
Extremely bad service by Faranaaz, who promised to help me and contact me back even after I have mailed her now 4 times with no reply. Terrible service !!
I bought 2 temperature meters online and they are not working correctly after we started using them yesterday. I emailed the team but no reply.
Extremely bad service. I must have been talking to over 10 different people and every time I have to explain myself over again. No response from them. No call back. No follow-up, nothing. My claims have been hanging for over a Month now. Terrible service. Worst experience ever.
It has now been 3 weeks since I have registered a claim with Outsurance and I am not being helped. They keep taking my money every month. Broken windows, broken gates, and garage. Seems like safety is not their biggest concern. They should be ashamed of themselves. What a terrible experience for me and my family during a lockdown.
<p>Orca Electrical has a secretary called Genevieve and i have received the worst service that you can imagine. I have called several times and she has promised to contact me back within an hour but to no avail and i have proof of all the voice recordings. I have mailed twice and im still waiting... They might as well close their doors. </p>
