Poor repair service
I have handed a pot in for repairs to our AMC Classic agent the 10th Sep 2021. Had to follow up in November with AMC Capetown for the repairs and to find that is not done as they are full of promises . This service is absolutely terrible I cannot believe that it takes AMC nearly three months to repair a pot. They advertise life time guarantee but not the life time waiting period for repairs.

We paid the deposit on the 12th July and only received promises for the cover installation. Jaco just keep on promising next week next week. They also don't answer their phones
