For Public awareness if you dont receive your order. Contact your bank file a dispute with them: Submit the completed form, communications and invoice from this company this is how I managed to get my money back.
The app stood in a massive queue at the till Downloaded the app paid and walked out the 🚪 so cool ! Unfortunately I had to return the item.... No questions asked. Service was great. Zero frustration to get a refund.
Order Placed 11/27, no delivery, phones calls are not being answered. Chat funtion is purely on a Bot System. Paid R3329 no products received - multiple customers having the same issues. How is this legal ! Stay Away !!!!

People these *******s are running a **** ! Ordered on the 29th of November NO Delivery and a chat bot that keeps on answering the chats phones are never answered !!!! This so called company is the garbage that drives society to take matters in there own hands.
To whom it may concern, Travelled on the 17th I was booked on Etihad LHR - AUH - JNB on Business class due to arrive 8am on 6/18 LHR - AUH Departed Late, resulting in my missing the next flight. The boarding gate was litrely closed as I arrived. I was then told to proceed to the lounge to be rebooked to FRA which was a significant delay in my travel needing to get to JNB as quick as possible. This was not an option again I had to get to JNB ASAP. I was then knowingly rebooked with QR via Doha to JNB on Economy Class. With the above mentioned that is a significant price diffrence being booked on Business then flying economy for the remainder on my travel. Surely there needs to be some form of compensation issued based on the fact that the flights were delayed, ticket / class diffrence and disruption in my travel. I was instructed via your call center to file a complaint on your website which the site " conveniently " does not allow me to complete the relevant fields..... This really is not a 5 star experience.
The amount of frustration and *** I had to deal with met die klomp ****E I hope your lab burns down !!! The customer service is beyond the *** of my dog on my lawn dealing with these idiots. "Our calls are recorded." druk in jou hol You will hear how many times you ask for an invoice to pay you and to get results. And also to get get inconclusive results.... you need to be shut down. I pay ASAP the service is purely *** no I understand why people use other labs
Absolutely zero brain cells stupid is an understatement with there mental capacity whom ever manages the what's app communication I ask in advance what is needed when my pet goes to the vet 1st time I used the policy I'm told an invoice thats it which I submit becuase the invoice is from an invoice book written and STAMPED by the vet it's not good enought I'm told it needs to be printed they have shown zero intrest to retain a customer
When you order and pay for same day delivery THERE IS A REASON waiting till close to 8pm to get a message your package is due for the next day 7pm UNACCEPTABLE if that'd the case I could just go and purchase the item in a retail outlet. Good luck trying customer service TAKEALOT has a long way to go thank God for Amazon
