I purchased a Jeep Renegade in Nelspruit. Ever since i bought the car it has been giving me problems such that at some point it was at the Jeep Garage for more than two weeks. There are days when it will not start. I therefore took it back to the Garage for a refund of my deposit and the Sales people sent me from pillar to post. Eventually they acted as if i wanted to trade in the car and told me that there is a shortfall which i must pay. My issue is that my rights as a customer/ consumer have been violated in that i was sold a faulty car. Secondly last week when i went to the Garage to give it back, they acted as if they understand and were taking the car back. All of a sudden i was told of a shortfall that i will need to pay. How can i be punished for being sold a faulty car? My biggest mistake was when the car spend more than two weeks at Jeep and i still kept it. I do not want this car back it is risky and once the warranty falls away i Will be obliged to fix the car from my own pocket.

on 29 December 2016, I bought a coffee table. After I had collected it, I realised that it was damaged and I returned it the same day. To date I have not received a replacement nor a refund. I've been to the shop many times I've even lost count. Everytime I go to shop to get progress on the matter I get promised that a replacement coffee table has been ordered. Later on after being tired of being played for a fool that paid cash for something that I'm not in possession of I decided to cancel the purchase. To date nothing has happened and the shops bank account is smiling with my money R4995, while I don't have the said coffee table.

Please help me get my money back. I'm sure that this is not in line with the consumer protection Act.
