<p>Talk about customer retention , some people just don’t care. Recently visited a factory shop Ladies Factory Shop (they part of Alley cat Clothing apaprently) , I always tend to stop at the store.</p> <p>Firstly the manager is beyond rude, his face never ever has a smile. Even when one greets he stares on, he chases customers more than invites them in with that look. I had purchased a few items and two of these item sizes were incorrect, whilst I understand that there is a no exchange sign put up, nothing was mentioned on the till slip, I went to the store the next morning to have these returned for a bigger size, knowing I am a regular customer, I would have thought he would be courteous and help, instead he shouted at me and embarrassed me in front of customers, I was then given a number to call of their Head office and the response from their manager was that we don’t do returns and that if I am a regular I should know this. Whilst I understand where you coming from but still I being a regular should prompt you to assist me on this first incident so that I would come back to shop. He was just as obnoxious of client retention as his store manager. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone anymore as I have sent many bulk buyers to the store previously.</p> <p> </p>
