Service is terrible, my one cat’s device works perfectly, my other cat is on device number 3 and i as the customer get blamed to not have read the paper each time. Ive asked for assistance multiple times via the whatsapp line, and have not even received any feedback. I do not feel that i am treated like a client that spent 3k with them. The 3rd device i cannot track, Ive raised the issue, and it is blamed on data, although both my cats have the same data/airtime amounts loaded, batteries are charged at the exact same time. To this day i cannot track my other cat, and i have not received help. Im very saddened by the horrid service! Ive requested a full refund, but that is not possible as i will lose to much money by retuning the product due to their policies. Do not recommend them at all!

<p>Talk about customer retention , some people just don’t care. Recently visited a factory shop Ladies Factory Shop (they part of Alley cat Clothing apaprently) , I always tend to stop at the store.</p> <p>Firstly the manager is beyond rude, his face never ever has a smile. Even when one greets he stares on, he chases customers more than invites them in with that look. I had purchased a few items and two of these item sizes were incorrect, whilst I understand that there is a no exchange sign put up, nothing was mentioned on the till slip, I went to the store the next morning to have these returned for a bigger size, knowing I am a regular customer, I would have thought he would be courteous and help, instead he shouted at me and embarrassed me in front of customers, I was then given a number to call of their Head office and the response from their manager was that we don’t do returns and that if I am a regular I should know this. Whilst I understand where you coming from but still I being a regular should prompt you to assist me on this first incident so that I would come back to shop. He was just as obnoxious of client retention as his store manager. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone anymore as I have sent many bulk buyers to the store previously.</p> <p> </p>

hi i am a bit annoyed. i just purchased a dress at ally cat Durban , when i came back to my office i see that it had alot of holes at the back (major reject) being a factory shop they did not have a sticker indicating that. i went back 10 minutes after buying it , and told them about it, i said i would take anything else in the store. the guy was rude, he pointed to a board saying you buy clothes as is. however we have a consumer law that states that shops are not allowed to say no returns , they need to give the customer options.
