Service is terrible, my one cat’s device works perfectly, my other cat is on device number 3 and i as the customer get blamed to not have read the paper each time. Ive asked for assistance multiple times via the whatsapp line, and have not even received any feedback. I do not feel that i am treated like a client that spent 3k with them. The 3rd device i cannot track, Ive raised the issue, and it is blamed on data, although both my cats have the same data/airtime amounts loaded, batteries are charged at the exact same time. To this day i cannot track my other cat, and i have not received help. Im very saddened by the horrid service! Ive requested a full refund, but that is not possible as i will lose to much money by retuning the product due to their policies. Do not recommend them at all!
100% the best aquarium shop in Johannesburg! They know what they are talking about and they care for their fish and plants. I've been supporting aqua empire for a few years now, and i can attest to the quality of their products, fish, soil, plants and general equipment. We have both a low tech and a high tech setup and the guidance has been so valuable. If you want a shop that gives you the best advice, excellent quality and healthy live stock aqua empire is the place to go!
<p>What a horrible experience i got from takealot.com, i bought pots and pans from them and when i got them it was clear that they were not new, i then asked for all the pots and pans to be exchanged! When i got the first two pots of the exchange there was still food or something in them, the lids had water marks on them and the pots were scratched. Both times the packaging was damaged and clearly opened before. The client service manager pretended like he was doing me a favor to exchange them because he said he is ALLOWING me to exchange them after 8 days even though I was in contact with them from the day after I got them. I would also like to point out that the website states that I have 30 days and the consumer protection act provides me with 6 months or a reasonable period of time. Needless to say I'm retuning everything and i want my money back.</p>
