<p>How many people out there are having problems with insurance companies not paying. I have had a few items that had stopped working in April just after a power outage. Two months later Legacy tells me that the geyser can be repaired, but Solar Primeg says that it needs to be replaced. I did ask Solar Primeg to take a second look and after finally making an appointment, nobody shows up. Forget about the other items that have packed up, imagine living for two months trying to get a damaged Kwikot geyser sorted out, and having a solar geyser that, in my opinion only works with electricity. Can anybody suggest a company that can check these products and give me an honest answer. I hope that this mail does not portray a bad reputation on any one of the companies mentioned above because one of them is correct in their diagnosis.</p>
