Totally a thieving business....! They try and put debit orders on your account, although you have canceled your subscription. Every return debit order cost me money. This they do 3 - 4 times a day. Be very careful subscribing to Zoosk the dating site.
<p>I ported my Vodacom number to Telkom on the 23/06/2016. The lady doing the porting then assumed my other Telkom number that I have used for last 2 years on my laptop ****le , was the Telkom that had to port to. The Tekom sim card they issued me with, would not work and I started getting sms massages on my laptop. I then went back to the Telkom store and they realized the mistake they have made. The lady then told me that all I can do now, is to swop my laptop sim card( my old laptop sim) with my new Telkom sim card issued. I then started getting the daily free gifts on my laptop sim instead of my phone sim, wich I cant use on my laptop ( example ) R24.75 free air time , 5 free sms's free and 5 mms's free. I then phoned Telkom customer care and the told me to go back to the store that did my porting and let them swich the two telkom accounts. I then went back to the Telkom store where all this was done and all they could say was ( Sorry ! we know this as our mistake, but their is nothing we can do about it except that you need to swop your sim cards if you want to use your free daily Telkom gifts ) I am unemployed, thus using my laptop daily for job hunting ! Now my phone has all the data I used for the laptop and I had purchase new data for the laptop sim ( new sim card issued ) Why should I pull the short end of the stick, as a existing and new client of Telkom, becuase their staff's mistakes?</p>
