<p>We have a docmuent from family fires which indicates a guarantee on its product. When the igniter packed up we gave them a call to see how we could have it repaired. We were told that there is no guarantee and that they will not help us. (We bought in a development and the guarantee letter was provided to the developer which passed it on to us at hand-over)</p>
<p>I had a issue with my gas geyser (installed by high speed gas). Ryan from high speed gas was so helpful and assisted me telephonically to trouble shoot. My issue was resolved in no time at all and saved me a call out fee. I can highly recommend High Speed Gas. Excellent customer service.</p>
