No Service
I got a quotation for solar supply and installation on the 18 July 2023. Installation was booked for the 11 September 2023. I am still waiting for the installation to be done. Every time I phone or message, sometimes more than one, there is a different excuse. Gerhard is a very pleasant persome, but unfortunately it is empty promises.

Terrible Netstar service
I had a tracker installed in my previous vehicle which I sold in June 2022. I have contacted the countless times via email and phone-calls to do a new installation in my new vehicle..... up until today it is not done, but they want to continue to bill me for a service that is not used or rendered. They do not respond to cancellation emails or phone-calls. They have broken the service agreement but I still have to pay.

Faulty product and bad customer service
My order number is 26905873. I have ordered very expensively 2x helmets (Nolan N100-5 Plus distinctive N-Com Modular Helmet) that were advertised to have the n-com B902L communication system and ESS installed. (The helmet is set up and approved with an installed n-com communication system and with the innovative ess (emergency stop signal) The helmets arrived yesterday with no communication system installed. I have paid import tax as well on this package. I have spoken to one of the customer care center employees about this issue and all that I was advised is to return the helmets for a refund. Given the amount of time that it is going to take to return it, and the amount of money that I am going to lose because I bought it on a Black Friday special and it is now more costly to repurchase and the import tax that I will have to pay again on the new order I am willing to install the communication system myself if Motordinn can send me the 2x N-Com B902L systems with the ESS seeing that I already purchased it with the helmets in the first place.

unprofessional - Erna Loock
<p>Erna Loock ( Stella Blanca Photography). She capture our wedding in December 2015. The quote amount was paid up in full by November. In January she message me with a promotion for leather bound story book albums, which i ordered 3 off and paid for it the same day because according to her the price would increase double. After numerous attemps to contact her thru facebook, phonecalls, emails, messages I still have not received our wedding photos or the albums. I have resorted to contact a lawyer to find her because she has dissapeared to Johannesburg and i am going to lodge a criminal investigation at the police. </p>
