Good Morning, In May of 2020, I was going to Israel as part of a tour group. I booked through Travel Start. E-Ticket Reference ZA07858580. I paid for 2 Local tickets to Johannesburg on Mango JE534 for myself and a friend. I also booked and paid for 2 return tickets from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth on British Airways BA6239. I have over the past two years kept on filling in forms and sending letters and I get nowhere. In Fact - British airways say that I requested after the two years was up. I sent them proof that I have been requesting over the two years and had no reply or some excuse. My latest letter again was given a reference number [#812537] with a promise to get back to me withing 48 hours. Tickets were for Mandy Lenise le Roux and Gail Lydia Banfield.
I am still without Internet. 28 Jan to 21 Feb. I have requested that managers phone me to discuss this matter. Managers/Owner is missing. A technician (Tshegofatso Sibisi) contacted me from Supersonic and told me that there is no coverage in my area and told me that Supersonic should never have sold me the package. I asked all the relevant questions before I signed up with them. He also told me that the Speed in area is very slow. He told me to DEMAND MY MONEY BACK . I have requested cancellation 6 days ago and I have not received a call. Over the weekend I spoke to others in Port Alfred that are having the same problems as me. They also say that every consultant has a different story. One guy told me that he battled to cancel his contract. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION FOR ME. My number is 0722797958
I JOINED ABOUT 5 MONTHS AGO. I HAVE HAD MORE DOWN TIME THAN UP TIME. I HAVE AGAIN BEEN DOWN FOR 18 DAYS. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO NO AVAIL. I HAVE REQUESTED THAT A MANAGER CONTACT ME TO SORT THIS MATTER OUT BUT HAVE HAD NO CALL. I HAVE SEND A REQUEST TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE AS I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR THIS POOR SERVICE.
