I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Flash Easy Loans for their outstanding assistance in processing my recent loan. While there was a brief, initial delay caused by a server issue, the team handled the situation with remarkable speed and efficiency. The funds were deposited into my account shortly afterward, minimizing any inconvenience. I especially commend the staff for their clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. I have a LTE uncapped WIFI with Telkom, which does not work. I reported it to Telkom on 10 March 2018. I received a reference number and after numerous have been unable to get anyone to tell me when it will be repaired . They closed my call, stating it was fixed, I advised them it was not fixed and they apologized stating a duplicate reference was open. I no longer have a ref number and the WIFI is still not working after 5 months. I requested a refund of my R800 for the months I did not have service, but was advised that I would get it after the problem is sorted out. I cannot get hold of anyone to advise what the problem is and why it's taking so long to resolve and I am now R4,000 out of pocket and have to buy prepaid data to the same service provider that cannot assist me at an additional R500 per data load
<p>I was at Pick 'n Pay today and as it was month end it was extremely busy. As it was lunch time and the ques were getting longer you would expect more tills to open, but they kept closing more tills. I was in an express till with 2 tills open and 2 other people sitting at a till, doing nothing while the ques just got longer. On querying the supervisor, she just ignored my request when I asked what the problem was. This is not the first time we have had a bad management experience over a busy period at this shop. </p>
