CIPC INCOMPETENCY
Another incapable government entity with an incompetent user platform. I had applied for a new PTY registration over a month ago with no further communication or acknowledgement. I had open a ticket 10 days ago to further my enquiry and still no feedback or communication. Its just sad that we as honourable tax payers have to endure such incompetency with matters that are of high importance. Will we ever have change in this sad needy country?

Elite Forklift Rental Unethical business practices.
Unethical business practices. I had hired a 7 ton fork lift at a rate of R6222 per day rate. The forklift arrives on site with a driver at 14h00, work had been carried out until 17h00 which is 3 working hours. The driver instructed my company to seize operations to continue the next day. Later the evening i received an abrupt call from the manager stating that i need to pay a further R6222 if i wish to utilize the machine the next day. I argued my case yet they had removed the machine promptly the next morning. Upon querying the matter they had told me that the rental hours starts when i submit my documentation for acceptance of the rental...this in its own is ridiculous and a scam. What happens if their approval department was offline and i submitted my documentation. I further conversed with a number of staff confirming that i have usage of the forklift for 8 hours as stated in the terms and conditions, to my surprise this statement was superceded for their own profits and gains. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE SHADY AND YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF DEALING WITH STAFF WHO ARE THEIR OWN BOSSES MAKING PROCEDURES AS THEY FIND FIT.
