If am still waiting for the refund of my deposit after my company was as deregistered.Sixty days requirement for the refund request has already elapsed. The transaction was done last year during December already.Al the required documents was forwarded including my Capitec Bank account details. I tried to contact me office telephonically but to no avail.The documents was forwarded to the email address, refunds@cipc.co.zs

on the 07'07 2020 my wife paid our rental into these ctooks haNDS BY MISTAKE FROM THEN UNTIL TODAy i have not been able to get the refund due to mecipro ticket nos 688323 689760 and 693686 ate just some of yhe nos issued to me no one speaks to you the tickets are closed automatically try tracking your docs and you error 404 no one from cipro has ever spoken to me my contact no is 08297142359

Another incapable government entity with an incompetent user platform. I had applied for a new PTY registration over a month ago with no further communication or acknowledgement. I had open a ticket 10 days ago to further my enquiry and still no feedback or communication. Its just sad that we as honourable tax payers have to endure such incompetency with matters that are of high importance. Will we ever have change in this sad needy country?

We applied for our Business through FNB (seemless) paid the R175 for company reg, on the 7th August, and to date there's been NO movement, no FEEDBACK or anything. We submitted supporting documents and that was it. FNB can't help since payment was made to CIPRO and now we're stuck... almost 2 weeks later, with nothing moving forward.

<p>Been trying to change company director for the past 4 months without success at cipc. First rejection I'm told certifying stamp is not valid, ok I send again with a valid stamp and this time the its rejected because the ID copy is not clear of which I used for the first lodgement. Ok got a clear copy and send again of which it tae a month to reject. I'm no rejected again because the certification stamp is older than three months.</p> <p> </p> <p>I accept they may be rules but these are not communicated and this is business and we are loosing money because of these delays. Please please help me I am now frustrated and loosing money because of this delay.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Paid my outstanding annual fees on the 30th October, On the 4 November i filed a query on your query system online.. received the following ticket number Ticket # [ 7605201511T10535 ] and still my account is not updated it still reflects that i owe an amount of R450. I need the CK2B sent to me plz...<br> Its been almost a month and no one has contacted me and my account hasnt changed. I have called twice already at CIPC call center requesting a correct payment reference number as Absa bank stated I needed a 16 digit ref number not just a customer code with year month and date. I have been to Absa bank 4 times already and they still state that the ref number is incorrect. When calling at the contact centre you hold for good 30 minutes and when they finally decide to help you they give you incorrect information
