I submitted a claim for a car accident that I was involved in and by the grace of God am alive on the 11th of May 2018. I have not received any feedback to date yet I pat all my premiums on time. They dont wait when I have to pay yet they are treating me this way now they have to deliver on their service. Is this how your customers? I spoke to a lady named Caroline
I was offered a settlement on the loan I had with Old mutual by Vericred and accepted the settlement however I was not advised by Vericred when the remaining amount will be written off by Old mutual as they should have as per old mutual. To my surprise when I contacted old mutual finance they advised Vericred was supposed to advise me of the process and liase with them once I had settled the amount and advise me of feedback. I have been dealing with Belinda Braam and Sadika at Vericred and they have assisted but did not give me any feedback with regards to when the account will appear paid up. On ITC my account still reflect in arrears of the whole balance.
I had a loan with old mutual and was handed over to legal Vericred collections, I have settled the account but have not yet been cleared on Credit Bureau. Please kindly update my profile
I made a payment on the 28/10/2017 at Absa bank. I was advised I would receive a paid up letter as soon as I made payment. I have not received it. The supervisor that dealth with my query is Belinda Braam from Bellville Braam who is now not responding to my emails. Old mutual advised it is waiting for instruction from vericred that payment.
I have signed up for a medical aid with Medi help and sent the medical letter/certificate that they requested. To my surprise I have not received any feedback nor advise of any waiting period. I have received such bad customer service and this is the second time.
