I have called twice already at CIPC call center requesting a correct payment reference number as Absa bank stated I needed a 16 digit ref number not just a customer code with year month and date. I have been to Absa bank 4 times already and they still state that the ref number is incorrect. When calling at the contact centre you hold for good 30 minutes and when they finally decide to help you they give you incorrect information
