What is the point of making a payment arrangement with a client and the client agrees to paying the said amount monthly successfully with proof but you go and Blacklist their name by giving them a Judgement? Which then decreases their monthly score in their profile. Without any clarification or written communication. What is that? Do you guys just give out Judgement to customers who are paying without fail? Why are you blocking clients from making future purchases with your unreasonable Judgements?
My lte modem stopped working on the 28 march, I've been without internet since then. Called in many times to reboot it but they failed to do so. I've received no feedback to my issue, no technician has called to discuss whats happening, no email no phone call to give me proper details. Definitely not a tower issue, they have no sense of urgency in resolving my problem.
Very dissatisfied and unhappy with the Vodacom LTE internet router, the connection is very very poor every week its a connection issue! It's been over a year trying to resolve this issue. The call centre agents are helpful but cannot resolve the technical problems of the router, they have replaced it and installed an outdoor device STILL the connection is poor, we are currently without internet at our office and have called in multiple times all we get is an update but no action. I'm stuck paying a monthly fee for zero internet usage, absolute waste of my money because I cannot cancel the contract with them.
I cancelled my policy with you guys last month yet you are still debiting my account.. what for ? Can u return my money to my account as In yesterday.
I bought an HP Smart |Tank 530 end of November 2020. Only used it beginning of this year, two weeks ago it had a fault saying its a ink cartridge. I took it back to the shop only to find it still in the shop yesterday ... the service provider hasn't taken it apparently to fix it. Can i have my money back please so i can buy another printer elsewhere. I no longer want it to be fixed coz clearly it will have another breakdown and i must take it beck to the shop.
So I had consultant call me to make a quote for funeral cover last month.. gave her all the details of the people and all. Asked her to send me an email to verify the information which I didn't confirm at all. On the 1st. October a debit order of R476 goes through from my account from the funeral cover which I did not confirm or even confirm my account details. Apparently I approved the policy over the phone!! Yesterday i went to the bank only to wait for two hours without getting help or my money being reversed. I want it back and do cancel that policy I do not want it anymore
Almost a week now since i have been waiting for my line to be fixed, my business is not operating. Called yesterday and they told me about them testing whatever i do not wanna know about. Can u send someone to me asap. My Line number **********
<p>When i went to equire about the sofa i wanted to buy i was told i would get it at the shop and i can bring my transport to collect it.. Now when i went to the shop to pay the balance after having paid a deposit a week before, all of a sudden im told that the sofa is not at the shop- which i can understand.. but what i dont understand is when they told me i have to pay the delivery guy to go and collect the sofa at the apparent warehouse in joburg (how is that my problem? they made it look like im forced to go and collect at the warehouse and i must pay that fee..) its the shops responsibility to get the sofa where i bought and i will colect it for myself as discussed when i enquired. I dont know how u guys work but when i buy furniture in any other shop they tell me when to colect and i go collect with my own transport. I decided not to buy that sofa because of your sales people who dont know how to explain or they are lying or they trying to make money on the side. Sort out your business and dont make your delivery stories our problem, all i wanted was a sofa which i was ready to collect.</p>
<p>My internet stopped working due to a fault from telkom, since then my business has been on stand still. I mean we run an internet cafe but theres no internet.. Imagine. I need is fixed asap.</p> <p>Also received poor service from a guy that works from telkom keywest Billy. The guy has no knowledge or solutions to my issue instead he tells me i must go fetch my modem at home and bring it to test after i told him its workimg - such a waste of petrol. </p>
<p>I applied for my business acc. card last year and when i got it i couldnt use to withdraw, when i asked they told me they have "mistakenly" linked it with someone elses account no.! I therefore returned it in December 2016, the lady who helped me said she would call me to verify my details and let me know when its ready for collection - she didnt! After 4 months of not having a card i went back to the keywest branch last week to go and collect my card and got told that my card is not ready as it was not sent to be corrected.</p> <p> Till today no phone call again and i dont know whether my card is ready or not..</p> <p>Talk about professionalism.</p>
