FNB recently unilaterally on more deducted money from my account claimed Ihad a personal loan dating as far back as 2009. I never agreed to any deductions as I am a retired and and a pensioner.and this matter according to the law
I have been informed that the review application for the claim for a boundary wall was rejected for the second time. I wish to refer the matter the Ombudsman for short term insurance.
My wife had a revolving loan account number 4000-047-087-881 J.Kays The balance as at 22 April 2017 was R7543--04. We have been making monthly payments since than, however the balance of static. The bank also use different account details.
Wesbank repossessed my vehicle in 2008 , the purchase price was R46740-00.The bank demanded R160633.82 . I have been making regular monthly payments to date. I have not received any information regarding the balance.The bank used different lawyers . Five years have elapsed since the matter has already been prescribed.
Lack of action regarding an Adopted Petition involving a stand that is illegally occupied. The department of Human settlement is reluctant to take action thus encouraging lawlessness and making the country a Bana Republic. The continued occupation and erection of a house without adhering to City's bylaws while others are currently paying for services.

If am still waiting for the refund of my deposit after my company was as deregistered.Sixty days requirement for the refund request has already elapsed. The transaction was done last year during December already.Al the required documents was forwarded including my Capitec Bank account details. I tried to contact me office telephonically but to no avail.The documents was forwarded to the email address, refunds@cipc.co.zs
Outsurance refused to settle the claim I submitted relating to a damages Wal which is covered under the Subsidence clause. No satisfactory explanation have been forthcoming from the insurance company. Outsurance please live up to the reputation you so proudly boast about. Honour your obligations.
I have a current business account with FNB branch The Glen.under the name of 1st Ennerdale Combined Division.Our account was in arrears for an amount of R263-00 We paid an amount of R200-00 on the 9th instant but the account was closed. As an NPO ,we are awaiting funds transferred into the account. We need the account activated ,we have already invested huge amounts of money into the account.To open another account will delay the payment.
