Received an emailed that I had missed a payment after activation in the same month. Emailed the accounts team to inform them a payment was made included the proof of payment, phoned the call centre line rings them gets muted and dropped. Email them again requesting for a callback with my contact details on the email. Phone again hoping to get assistance, automated voice messages apologises that they cannot take my phone call right now, no option to request a call back at all. A day later I receive a text that due to my termination of the account I will now have to pay R845 get home my WIFi has been disconnected!! Disappointing to say the least
Experience racial ************** while making a purchase at the Goodwood Gas and Equipment store. Very disappointed by this type of service, asked to speak to the manager’s manager as the incident took place with the manager in charge on the 25th of July 2024, left my contact details so I could formally lay a complaint. No feedback given regarding this experience.
