Despite trying every avenue available to me, sending an email via the website, going into the store where I bought the product and asking the rep to contact me, sending a message via instagram in depseration as no other means of contacting this company. All I received was an auto reply asking me to review their service. I have had a reaction to two of their products and I was looking for some assistance. To date no response to any attempt. Pathetic after sale care and in an industry where customer feedback I would have thought was imperative.
DO NOT RELY ON THE 4 - 7 DAY DELIVERY PERIOD. I placed an order on line at Zara, as the store I visited didnt have my size. The website states 4 - 7 delivery which is already excessively long. Only once the order is confirmed do they indicate delivery which in my case was 12 days! Shocking for this day and age and even worse then their poor indication. Today I get an email to say my delivery is extended by a further 48hours. Tried speaking to a Aditya on their chat line who took ages to respond to every question to be told sorry but they dont offer an express delivery service!!!!!
