Desperate in need of bank statements.
I have been for close to two months now been calling and going to the African Bank branches requesting for my bank statement but nothing at all. I recently got divorced and changed my surname from the one I had opened my account with. I went to African Bank with all of my documents to facilitate the name change. No the work permit that I am currently using has the marriage surname and they stated that the account has been blocked because of that. I need to bring forth my new work permit. I understood that and left. Fast forward, I had to produce my bank statements to a service provider and prove that I had paid for their services. I then went to the bank straight to request for them but I have been thrown from pillar to post but nothing seems to be helping as up to now I still do not have the statements. The service provider is now demanding payment of which I know for a fact I paid for it and I have the sms to prove that but without the statements I have no leg to stand on. All I am requesting for are my bank statements and nothing else. The account can be activated as soon as I have the amended work permit but for now, may I please have my previous bank statement. I am desperate here.

Electric iron cable cord faulty
I got a Kambrook iron from Clicks August 2022 by May 2023 it had bust by the cable cord and I got it exchanged. That was less than a year of use. A year later, the second iron bust on the very same place😔. Unfortunately, this happened 12 months and 26 days later and I can’t get it exchanged. Not sure if there’s a fault by the cable cord or what’s happening but Yaa😔😔
