<p>The consultant submitted wrong detailsto SARS leading to costs on my part to try and resolve. I finally decided to go back to them to sort it out. With no apology I was told to submit more info and that it will be resolved. </p> <p> </p> <p>Still waiting impatiently. </p>
<p>My car has been with Carello since Mayo 2016 to fix a few things . A week ago I called to request afor a complimentary car and although this is supposed to be a part of the service, I was informed that they do not have one at the moment. A week has gone by and my car is not sorted yet parts were delivered a week orate so ago. No complimentary car, no news about when this will end. </p> <p> </p> <p>I suppose Carello and the insurer ABSA idirect are still out there selling a less than ideal service.</p>
