selected as a prize winner in a castle lite promotion but was disqualified without proper act

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust that you are well,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to advice you of the following that happened at europa cafe in pretoria sunnyside on the 10 th of july,</p> <p> </p> <p>As i entered at the business (club) that sells beverages and entertainment i was approached by two woman wearing black that were responsible in entering people in a castle lite competition in which a person would qualify if you bought a bucket of castle lite of which i did.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of the ladies took down my name, surname and cellphone numbers and adviced me that a draw would be made around 10pm on the night to anounce the lucky winner of which i gave her all my details as i asked her what would happen if im not present at the time of the announcement and she replied by saying the winner would be called thats why cellphone numbers are taken.</p> <p> </p> <p>As the night went by my name was announced as the lucky winner and when i arrived at the announcer to claim my prize the announcer actually announced to confirm if mojalefa is present and at the time before he announced the winner for the second time I came right before his very eyes waving at him to confirm that I am the winner but instead ignored me and showed me with actions that he will not consider me and to only announce another winner instead of me. I was simply heart broken as I was announced as a winner but coming to claim my prize than another person to be announced right before my very eyes. I requested the manger of the place but the manger was not very helpfull towards me and told me that its a loose rwgardless of my explaination to him and that i was the lucky winner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am righting to you as an unhappy customer of europa cafe based in pretoria of the unfair treatment that i have received and trust that whats deserving to me shall be recieved.
