Horrible **** company. No response on e-mails and tel number on their website does not work. Paid for my item on 14 January and shows processing order on the website.
Been struggling with tese people for 4 months now, calling them 4 to 5 times a mont and each call takes 10 to 15 minutes and still not fixing the issue! Getting 7-18 Mb/s download on a 100Mb/s line. Customer service is a joke!!
I have been trying to reach the customer service departmentfor over 2 weeks now to get a paid up letter for my Capitec account. I phone everyday and after holding for 25 minutes for next available consultant I end the call, I also send numerous emails to the consultant that contacted me when they needed me to pay and no reply. Rather not pay at all because they are incompetent and do not care after they received payment. I am also going to reverse my payment and then we will see
