OVERBILLING AND NOT HONOURING LIMITS SET

I have been with Autopage and Nashua Mobile before my contract was sold to Glocell, it has been a NIGHTMARE of overbilling on two of our data accounts. I have never experienced such horrible service. Called over 5 times, spoke to different supervisors, refuse to let me speak to a manager, they are ALWAYS in meetings, I doubt they even have managers. They are not resolving my billing queries and NEVER call me back after promising to do so. i want my problem solved and my money refunded and I want my contract moved to another service provider, I never authorised the move to Glocell and feel I have the right to change especially since they are stealing peoples hard earned money !!@!!!

COLLAPSED SLAB - DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Please Please do not EVER use Baptista Slabs, Louis is the smoothest crook under the sun. Quote is cheaper, and when you pay the deposit, you are at his mercy. My slab collapsed twice, once while packing and once after concrete was set and props were removed. Nightmare to deal with him, rude, aggressive and always says its the first time this has happened to him. We have discoved this has happened before, parts of slab that is still standing has to be redone or levelled out TERRIBLE workmanship. do yourself a favour and stay away from him.
