I bought an item and I was told that it's out of stock and they will refund me. This was April 2024. No refund was received.
I'm not happy with Snatcher. I've made an order @Snatcher online on the 24 of April 2024 order ref: 375991 for multipurpose hanging Rack for R338 including shipping fees and on the 29 of April 2024 I've received an email saying that they are out of stock and it's either they will give me voucher or refund. I've requested for a refund and provided banking details, and I was told it will take 7 to 10 working days. It's been more than 40 days. I've sent a follow-up but still didn't receive my refund.
I've recently bought a steamer at Snatcher. Their service was great and I got my package delivered on time.
