Utterly disappointment

<p>The service is pathetic I had to take a day off work just to go into the bank to not get any service because I did not have my latest residential address I am only staying at my new residentialaddress for 3 weeks how the hell can I provide a Address I have an investment which I wanted to reinvest but instead they transferred the money into my current account and said they cannot open a new investment because I don't have my new address this is just unacceptable why not close my account because I dont have my new address i have not received any mail to take this is just ridiculous </p>
