Don't buy Dewhot water heaters
Since installing the Dewhot water heater I have had numerous problems - water not getting hot, water not getting hot enough, not enough water coming out of the heater. My gas installer Terry Lee of Gas Grid has been less than helpful and Chris Paton Dewhot Technical Support have both been adverse to solving the problem. Today I have had enough, as there is no hot water. I have told them to come and remove the heater and arrange a refund. I will be installing another brand.

Folded - not a good company to do business with
This company formerly traded as Just Laundry. They take money and don't offer the promised service. The contact details on their website are not answered, either phone or email. Avoid them at all costs.

Do not order from them
On 23rd July I ordered a UPS and paid the next day. They offered 3-5 day delivery once payment was done. Payment cleared the same day and still no sign of the goods. When I phone it goes to voice mail and emails are just ignored. DO N OT BUY FROM THEM
