Terrible customer service. They take longer than 24hrs to respond. They have no technicians on site always and they are just plain outright rude. If your complex/estate, I suggest yall run early before they **** customers. Biggest ****mers of note
The food came burnt, I got the manager who was VERY VERY RUDE. Told me him and the kitchen manager tasted the food and they feel it’s okay. He told me some ****py story about flame grill what what yet sour never burns meat on flame grill. He refused to remove the item off the bill and forced us to pay.
I had a lovely experience with John. He was quick and responsive. He was brutally honest with the car and answered all the questions I asked promptly. Amazing service and very quick to help.
This ****** damn company still texts and calls me even after I’ve sort out the problem. Then the lady says I should ignore the smses. What the actual **** take my number off your damn system
Bought a car at the silverlakes branch October last year. By January we started having problems. We esca;yed the matter from the service guys to the saleslady and they have been dragging their feet ever since. The 6 month warranty even lapsed in the proccess. Terrible service and terrible buys
