<p>I live in Australia, and recently purchased a rugby jersey from SW. They do not deliver overseas so I thought I would have it delivered to my parents' place and from there they can send it over. Anyway, I ordered an XL but after delivery I realised it would be too big and so I emailed them to request if they can replace it.</p> <p>The next day they phoned my mother and arranged the replacement almost immediately. Absolutely brilliant service! Unfortunately I do not know off-hand the name of the person involved but would have been in the Western Cape. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks once again, great service like this goes unnoticed too many times. </p>
Placed an order for a Super Rugby jersey for over R1000 including delivery on 23 Feb. <br> <br> It is now 7 April and still nothing. Not even any communication...nothing. Emailed them and no response.<br> <br> A warning to others, think twice before using these people for online purchases. Seems they're a 'company' who does not respond on here either. Absolutely dodgy experience <br> <br> Will be demanding my full refund
